- École de natation :
  - Lundi et/ou jeudi : 17h50 à 18h30 ou 18h30 à 19h10
- Transition :
  - Mardi : 18h à 20h
  - Jeudi : 19h10 à 20h30
  - Samedi : 10h30 à 12h
- Compétition (avec ou sans licence) :
  - Lundi : 20h à 21h30
  - Mardi : 18h à 20h
  - Jeudi : 20h30 à 21h30
  - Samedi : 8h30 à 10h
  - Dimanche : 8h30 à 10h (2 entraînements/semaine)
- Jeunes :
  - Lundi : 19h10 à 20h
  - Samedi : 8h30 à 9h15 et de 9h15 à 10h
- Adultes et seniors :
  - Lundi et jeudi : 20h30 à 21h30
- Nage libre : dimanche : 16h à 18h et de 18h à 20h
